If you are not sure you have wax PLEASE see your GP first to make sure it is not something else. If you book an appointment with us you are acknowledging that you are happy to pay for the consultation even if no wax is present. We have many patients wanting & waiting for appointments so we need to make sure we are only seeing patients who truly need our service. We recommend using olive oil prior to your appointment (3 days for children).
Also, when booking an appointment online, via email, phone or in person, you are providing informed consent to us for our specially trained clinicians to perform our earwax removal procedure and that you are aware of the risks (no matter how small they are).
