Urgent Appointments
We usually have space to see patients who require urgent same day appointments. Walk-in patients are also welcome. If no appointments are available on the booking calendar, that doesn’t mean there aren’t any. We always reserve appointments for patients who need to be seen urgently that aren’t available to book online.
Important Note (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING):
If you are not sure you have wax PLEASE see your GP first to make sure it is not something else. If you book an appointment with us you are acknowledging that you are happy to pay for the consultation even if no wax is present. We have many patients wanting & waiting for appointments so we need to make sure we are only seeing patients who truly need our service. We recommend using olive oil prior to your appointment (3 days for children).
